We deliver to business and private addresses in most of western Fairfield County, all of Putnam and Westchester Counties, and most parts of Manhattan.

Delivery Schedule
We deliver to Manhattan on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and on Wednesdays to Fairfield, Putnam and Westchester. During the year-end holiday season, for Easter and Mother's Day, we deliver more often. Orders for weddings, Bar or Bat Mitzvahs, anniversaries, corporate events, are delivered per your specifications.

Delivery Charges
We charge a flat fee per delivery address for deliveries made on our regular schedule. The delivery fee is $8.00 per address in Manhattan and $11.00 per address for the other areas we deliver to. We'll deliver as per your specifications, outside of our regular delivery schedule, for a charge of 95¢ per mile each way.

We guarantee the safe arrival of our shipments, and your satisfaction. If a package arrives damaged or if you are not satisfied with your order, let us know within 8 days of receipt. We will replace your order or give you a full refund at your choice when we receive back the original order.

Payment is due upon delivery. We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover Card or checks.

What We Ship
We do not ship plants or arrangements in bud or bloom as buds and blooms are the most sensitive part of the plant and usually suffer from shipping. We'll gladly send plants with a flower spike before the buds develop. Expect these to bloom within 4 to 6 weeks of arrival.

Shipping method
We ship plants by U.S.P.S. Priority Mail and supplies by either U.S.P.S. Priority Mail or U.S.P.S. Parcel Post.

Winter shipments
We may have to delay some shipments in extremely cold weather when minimum temperatures at point of origin or destination are below 40°F. We will notify you if we consider it advisable to hold your order until weather conditions permit safe shipment.

Packing and shipping charges.
We charge $7.50 to pack the first plant and $2.50 for each additional plant. Shipping fees are charged at cost (whatever we pay the U.S.P.S.).
